We want to offer up information that will explain to you why being mindful of the functionality of your gut is important and how you can introduce certain habits and foods that support a thriving microbiome.
Laura explains the WHY and Flora can help with the HOW.
Laura is an experienced dietitian with a specialist interest in gut health and IBS. She co-authored Happy Gut Guide and is trained in the low FODMAP diet. Her mission is to help you understand the link between what goes on your plate and what happens in your body.
Flora has worked with clients across the globe as a private chef. She is a qualified Health Consultant form IIN, and will be supporting you with a step by step approach, removing the stress and cost of trying to go it alone.
