The emerging science about the gut microbiome and its role in health is fascinating. You will look at how we can apply this to your every day life to better support your all-round health.
You will make two different ferments and taste a selection of mature fermented vegetables and some fermented drinks. To finish off, you will share a delicious, nourishing lunch together to give you some inspiration for eating and drinking with gut health in mind.
