There is still too much inconclusive data, much of which is misleading and open up to varying interpretations. By amplifying discussions, our objective for Gutsy is to become part of the drive in encouraging a global thought forum on this fascinating topic.
Gutsy events are designed to inspire conversation, debate and big ideas. We specialise in producing engaging, thought-provoking events, crafted with the help of leading scientists, dieticians, nutritional specialists, experts and fermenters, we aim to create something refreshing and unique.
In the industry, we have built relationships with a plethora of expert dieticians, nutritionists, caterers, chefs, scientists, restaurants, food businesses and other specialist industry suppliers.
There are so many questions that need still answering so we take an honest look at what science has proved, and what questions it still has to answer. We explore the wider importance of microbes, how they influence the other systems in the body, as well as the small changes we can take in our everyday lives to improve our own wellbeing.
We are here to shine a spotlight on what needs to change and what can we do in our everyday lives about it.
